This website (the "Service") is provided as a free and openly accessible resource to the scientific community. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Free and Open Access
The Service is freely available to all users without registration, login, or the requirement to provide an email address. The Service may be used for any purpose, including commercial use.
2. Purpose of the Service
The Service is intended to support research and education. It is not intended for clinical, diagnostic, or medical use.
3. Access and Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
4. Cookies and Data Storage
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality:
- Session cookies: To maintain your work session across pages
- CSRF tokens: To protect forms against security attacks
Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie). No tracking, analytics, or third-party cookies are used. No user tracking of any kind is performed.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the data they submit to the Service and for the interpretation and use of the results obtained. Users must ensure that they have the right to submit any data uploaded to the Service.
6. Data Privacy
Submitted data are processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis. Submitted data and generated results are kept private and are not accessible to other users. Unless otherwise stated, submitted data, generated results, and downloadable files (including ZIP archives, figures, and PDB files) are deleted after processing.
7. Output Files and Results
The Service may generate downloadable output files, including compressed ZIP archives, graphical figures, and Protein Data Bank (PDB) files. These outputs are provided solely for the user who submitted the corresponding data. Users are responsible for verifying the correctness and suitability of all generated outputs before use or redistribution.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including its design, implementation, and underlying methodologies, remain the property of the authors and their affiliated institutions. Users retain ownership of their submitted data and all generated output files and results.
9. Citation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and hosting institutions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including downloaded output files.
12. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
